Responsibilities

The Senior Release Train Engineer will lead and drive Agile transformation across Vonage, focusing on managing delivery flow and fostering an Agile culture. Responsibilities include identifying areas to establish new Agile Release Trains (ARTs), rolling out PI Planning processes, and overseeing delivery for one or more ARTs. Key duties involve managing program-level dependencies, ensuring a continuous flow of backlog items, surfacing issues and risks, and facilitating PI Planning sessions. The role also encompasses driving continuous improvements, managing ART delivery using data and metrics, supporting capacity and priority planning, and documenting established ways of working.
