Requirements

  • Masters Degree related to Health Sciences or 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Basic awareness and understanding of the Healthcare industry – ideally in the acute care/hospital clinical operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Power Point
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing consulting services to a client and to help achieve business objectives
  • Independently collects, validates, analyzes and synthesizes data to support engagement objectives
  • Plans and completes assigned work within the engagement with high quality on time
  • Prepares and delivers succinct, clear and insightful executive-level presentations
  • Proactively identifies client needs and assist in developing solutions
  • Facilitates effective, cross-functional working sessions with clients and GE stakeholders
  • Establishes credibility and develops relationships with mid-level client managers
  • Serves as a professional representative of GE Healthcare in all public and client settings
  • Accountable for the quality of own work
  • Executes within a well-defined operations framework
  • Travel expectation: 75%-80%
