Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience managing large corporate clients in a complex service environment
Strong knowledge of reimbursement accounts (FSA, HRA, Commuter benefits) and general understanding of healthcare and wellness benefit programs preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet overlapping deadlines with high attention to detail and quality
Experience partnering with internal teams to improve processes, take initiative, drive change, and contribute to a positive team-oriented culture
Proficient leadership skills (e.g., getting things done, identifying service enhancements or process improvements, identifying and acting on solutions timely)
Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
Effective organizational, time management, facilitation, de-escalation, and prioritization skills
Demonstrated ability to balance customer service with sound business judgment
Strong understanding of reimbursement account administration needs, processes, and regulatory knowledge
Familiarity with the full range of healthcare and wellness benefits and associated recordkeeping services

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of complex clients, handling inquiries and ensuring seamless administration of reimbursement accounts (FSA, HRA, Commuter benefits)
Partner with internal business units to streamline processes and advocate the voice of the client to maintain high service standards and drive business growth
Proactively execute administrative processes with quality, accuracy, efficiency, including root cause analysis and corrective action when necessary
Develop and manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and recognition of service quality
Escalate and actively participate in the resolution of service issues within the organization
Understand and support client project objectives and initiatives to complete work with high quality and efficiency
Collaborate with the ongoing service team to deliver cohesive services and incorporate reimbursement accounts into key activities (e.g., annual business planning)
Provide voice of the customer feedback to the Product Team to help develop industry-leading solutions
