Responsibilities

  • Accurately forecast business and sustainably develop sales pipeline
  • Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business
  • Support and collaborate with Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and customers receive the highest level of service
  • Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Lead complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels
  • Play an active role in projects / take the lead in key business processes
  • Be proactive in taking part in wider Stryker initiatives & projects across the region and globally
