Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and driving market specific go-to-market plans including sales, marketing and partner dimensions
  • Direct experience in negotiating complex deal structures with large enterprise accounts
  • Well-connected in the Norwegian enterprise C-level community
  • Demonstrated ability in the SaaS industry and working within the business applications or digital transformation space
  • Validated ability in handling complex sales cycles from start to finish with proven successful revenue attainment
  • 8 years experience in leading a team of highly skilled opportunity-creating and business-transformational Account Executives
  • Excellent skills in English as well as native level fluency in one or more of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish)
  • Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team-based sales environments
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Account Executives who sell Workday’s applications into enterprise customers
  • Building and completing a market wide strategy, including all go-to-market functions within Workday
  • Driving account development, pipeline generation activities, industry & segment specific campaigns
  • Running an equitable territory distribution model where team members each have the opportunity to achieve their objectives
  • Developing and leading executive relationships by conducting business driven discussions
  • Leading negotiation planning, strategy and execution
  • Driving business transformation in the large enterprise, preferably across multiple verticals
