  • Experience serving as regional product expert and working cross-functionally with Business GM, Program Management, and Franchise leadership

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team of regional product managers
  • Coordinate efforts across region product management team to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
  • Foster collaboration and functional role development within team and cross-functionally
  • Collaborate with Global development teams to represent USCAN region in roadmap planning/execution for new product launches and expansions
  • Lead development and execution of product launch strategy with cross-functional alignment
  • Identify and align on product performance KPIs and recommend strategic adjustments to maximize impact
  • Lead with customer problem statement focus to support growth by introducing commercial solutions that solve complex problems and drive improved patient outcomes
  • Develop and execute annual product strategy and go-to-market plan to drive quota attainment, market share, and business revenue
  • Collaborate to develop geographic expansion plan and pharmacy prioritization
  • Drive awareness and team alignment on competitive positioning and threats
  • Collaborate with sales, med affairs, market access, marketing, and others to drive product growth
  • Own relationship with global product teams and demonstrate product expertise for the region
  • Build relationships with and support positive relationship management with KOLs to support regional business and roadmap execution
  • Serve as region leader for customer escalation
