Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment process: Conduct job scope meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize various channels (ATS, databases, networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates
Evaluate and assess candidates: Conduct phone interviews, review qualifications, and prepare candidates for interviews
Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates
Ensure service excellence: Adhere to compliance standards, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities
Communicate proactively with stakeholders and offer consultative solutions to recruitment challenges
Act as a brand ambassador: Deliver exceptional talent while providing timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle
Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders
