Requirements

  • Track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and closing a variety of engineering talent in Israel across all levels
  • Strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape across SaaS and technology companies within Israel
  • Experience working with senior leaders in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Built strong relationships with key business stakeholders, and can skillfully guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborative nature and a positive attitude (small and close-knit team)
  • Passion for delivering a high-touch and quality recruiting experience, consistently valuing candidates' and hiring managers' time
  • Desire to expand knowledge of products and industry
  • Deep knowledge of the best candidate sources and a penchant for connecting with top technical talent
  • Exceptional sourcing skills – consistently generate own pipeline and enjoy mentoring others in sourcing
  • Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through
  • Interpersonal qualities of being innately curious, driven to learn, and leverage research and data to inform talent acquisition strategies
  • Fully proficient in both Hebrew and English

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting, from building and executing a sourcing strategy through successfully closing top Engineering and Product Talent
  • Ensure the candidate experience is thoughtful, personalized, inclusive, and transparent every step of the way
  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to ensure deep understanding of business, their priorities, and ideal hires
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions and identify opportunities to create new efficiencies in recruiting processes
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and share best practices and learnings across the Talent Acquisition team
  • Occasionally provide additional recruiting support for roles outside of Israel, including EMEA/APAC/AMER and other functions such as Sales and Corporate Functions
  • Champion diversity and inclusion strategy, with a focus on engaging candidates from under-represented backgrounds
