Candidates must be based in Greece or Hungary, Budapest, and possess fluency in both Greek and English. A Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting is necessary, along with familiarity with recruitment technologies like ATS and social media tools. Knowledge of common HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition is also essential.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering exceptional talent. They will lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies, and evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements. The role involves building talent pipelines, keeping candidates engaged with timely updates, and partnering with hiring leaders to determine offer details. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will mentor Recruiters and other team members.
