Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting is required. Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools is necessary, along with knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition. Fluency in both English and Greek is a mandatory requirement for this position. The role requires the candidate to be based in Greece or Hungary, Budapest.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering exceptional talent. They will provide proactive and timely communication on search status, offer consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, and mentor Recruiters and other team members. Duties include leading detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, developing and managing recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate profiles, building talent pipelines, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process, and partnering with hiring leaders to determine offer details.
