The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including conducting detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders, reviewing applicants, and building recruitment marketing campaigns. They will source candidates using advanced search techniques across various platforms, generate targeted lists of passive candidates, and solicit referrals. The role involves utilizing proprietary software for talent outreach, providing tailored value propositions to candidates, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring timely updates on application status. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will conduct professional phone interviews, navigate difficult conversations, and assess candidate qualifications against job specifications.
