Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-scaling tech or service-based environments
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in short timelines
  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple job families
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven and comfortable using ATS tools, recruitment dashboards, and metrics
  • A self-starter with a “get-it-done” attitude and a passion for growth and speed

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously across different functions and levels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
  • Deliver fast hiring turnaround times while maintaining high standards of candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into hiring strategies
  • Use creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, direct outreach)
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing quality
  • Represent the company professionally and passionately in all candidate interactions
  • Mentor junior recruiters and help streamline recruitment processes for scalability
