3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-scaling tech or service-based environments
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in short timelines
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple job families
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven and comfortable using ATS tools, recruitment dashboards, and metrics

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously across different functions and levels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
Deliver fast hiring turnaround times while maintaining high standards of candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into hiring strategies
Use creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, direct outreach)
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing quality
Represent the company professionally and passionately in all candidate interactions
Mentor junior recruiters and help streamline recruitment processes for scalability
