  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a technical recruiter (mandatory)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions (both staffing agency and in-house backgrounds valued)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for helping candidates and experts find their dream position in a product-driven company

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full candidate experience lifecycle from application to offer
  • In charge of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring they match the position
  • Delivering a consulting/talent advisory service to the Hiring Manager and interviewers as the subject matter expert in the technical market
  • Partnering with Engineering Managers, Directors, and VP
  • Guaranteeing a great candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and adherence to SLAs and timelines for each recruitment
  • Advising on market trends and candidate expectations
