Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience as a technical recruiter (mandatory)
Experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions (both staffing agency and in-house backgrounds valued)
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Passion for helping candidates and experts find their dream position in a product-driven company
Self-driven and autonomous, who also loves being part of a team, bouncing ideas, and sharing knowledge

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full candidate experience lifecycle from application to offer
In charge of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring they match the position
Delivering a consulting/talent advisory service to the Hiring Manager and interviewers as the subject matter expert in the technical market
Partnering with Engineering Managers, Directors, and VP
Guaranteeing a great candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and adherence to SLAs and timelines for each recruitment
Advising on market trends and candidate expectations
