Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Law, GIS, or related field of study applicable to role required
  • People management and team lead experience required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of multi-market deal making/leasing experience, directly or indirectly with retailers, required; class A/urban street retail asset experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write and interpret legal documents
  • Self-starter with high accountability and eagerness to learn quickly
  • Strong capability in balancing priorities against multiple deadlines
  • Interest in continuously honing negotiation skills
  • Strength in analyzing large amounts of data and distilling into digestible and actionable recommendations for various stakeholders
  • Understand business performance and can action upon working with resources to create new insights for real estate and company strategies

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the real estate pipeline for assigned territories
  • Perform site research and analysis for all real estate sourced and/or accepted into pipeline
  • Manage and own the pipeline resource with critical information, dates and documentation; move sites through real estate diligence
  • Coordinate Real Estate Committee deliverables for executive team and cross functional partners
  • Ownership of LOI negotiations
  • Collaboration with legal team on lease negotiations
  • Manage all broker relationships for assigned territories
  • Manage landlord relationships through due diligence and permitting alongside the development team
  • Manage national institutional relationships; ensure solidcore is always the first call
  • Develop partnerships with other HQ functions including Legal, Operations, FP&A, and Marketing teams
  • Perform special projects in support of cross functional business functions as requested
  • Act as evangelist and steward of the [solidcore] brand in all professional settings
