Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers
  • Manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering
  • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focused execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
  • Hire and develop talent, including direct people management responsibility
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
  • Explain information and develop skills to bring team members to consensus
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
