Bachelor degree in Quality, Supply Chain Management or comparable education
Demonstrated experience and high attention to detail in quality and vendor management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong drive for problem solving and get things done
Self-motivated individual who works independently and proactively, efficiently managing and prioritising workload
Professional efficiency in both spoken and written English

Responsibilities

Enable the external vendor to execute Test Order management operations within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Determine the Partners that require testing and generate the corresponding test order requests for the vendor
Maintain accurate Test Order records within the Pegasus (Salesforce) system and upload the test order reports received from the vendor
Daily monitoring of the quality and consistency of test order checks, review adherence to specific quality standards, and deliver high-quality test order reports to Zalando Partners
Manage incoming requests related to test orders from the vendor and internal partner-facing teams (e.g., Operations Success Management, Partner Care, Onboarding Teams)
Proactively challenge current practices, propose, and implement improvements to existing processes and reporting mechanisms
