Requirements

  • Major in engineering background with bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably academic majors of refrigeration engineering and/or physical chemistry
  • 5 years of related experience in manufacturing, product development or technical service environment
  • Strong career background in consumable medical device or mechatronic instrument industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Practical and solid hands-on experience on complaint handling

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain necessary quality control plan to designated production lines
  • Represent the Quality Department in cross-functional teams and activities such as daily stand-up meeting, Gemba walk, etc
  • Receive and handle customer complaints around the world, and close the complaint cases in timely manner supported by sufficient containment and investigation
  • Perform trend analyses to relevant functions within Epredia through non-conformance monitoring, identify issues, drive to root cause and implement robust corrective actions
  • Lead periodic quality activities on basis of quality management system, including but not limited to internal audit, ISO audit, management review, CAPA, risk management, etc
  • Participate in process/product validations, with proper tracking by Master Validation Plan
  • May perform other duties as assigned
