Requirements

Proven experience (6+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies
Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Locust, Gatling, Python, Pytest, Pytest-bdd, Java)
Experience in REST and WebSocket API automation testing with Python/Java
Experience with relational and distributed databases for data validation and testing
Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (GitHub)
Solid knowledge of development processes and Jira workflow
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
A working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Knowledge of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Design, develop, execute and improve detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testing
Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, UX designers on analyzing requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies, plans and cases
Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team
Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes
Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders
