Requirements

Candidates should have 6-8 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing. A deep understanding of test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, Mocha, and Chai is required. Experience using AI tools to accelerate test creation and bug diagnosis, strong experience with GitHub workflows and version control, and familiarity with Unix/Linux CLI and scripting for test and build automation are also necessary. Prior experience in agile development teams, CI/CD pipelines, and fast-moving startup environments is expected. Bonus points for exposure to blockchain products, financial platforms, or web3 ecosystems.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Engineer will lead QA strategy for key product initiatives, including test planning, implementation, and automation. They will build and maintain unit and end-to-end tests using modern frameworks and utilize AI tooling to streamline test writing, refactoring, bug reproduction, and documentation. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure a quality-first approach, investigating and triaging issues, supporting CI pipelines, defining deployment-readiness criteria, participating in code reviews and pair programming, and contributing to test documentation and quality benchmarks.
