Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications
Effectively and closely work with vendors throughout product lifecycle to ensure quality
Review requirements and user stories to create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts
Oversee automation of repetitive test cases to increase efficiency and reduce release cycles
Facilitate release decisions, internal coordination, and respond promptly to project-related inquiries
Identify issues throughout the QA and development process and recommend actionable improvements
Lead the implementation of process changes and provide training to stakeholders to optimize quality assurance
Work with external vendors to conduct technical grooming sessions to design architecture and technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and timely project delivery
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices
