Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with ability to understand complex software and its use cases
  • Experience working with Automation frameworks
  • Ability to catch deeply ingrained defects
  • Experience in Salesforce technology (optional)
  • Understanding of SDLC and tools such as Sprints and Jira
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology (plus)
  • Ideally from a development background in both frontend and backend testing
  • Open to Malaysian Citizen Only

Responsibilities

  • Review system requirements and design documents and prepare test plans and strategies
  • Analyze, create, execute, maintain, and document accurate test cases
  • Ensure complete coverage of functional and non-functional aspects of Software from a testing point of view
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and suggest improvements in customer implementations from the perspective of product features and functionality
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing plans and scripts
  • Work closely with engineers and product owners locally
  • Log, track, and document bugs discovered during testing as well as gather all necessary information
  • Document, analyze, and communicate results of functional testing
  • Perform API testing (if applicable)
  • Work on defect logging, tracking, resolution, and verification
  • Verify new features and enhancements/improvements
  • Perform regression, installation, and upgrade testing in every release cycle
