Requirements

4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with ability to understand complex software and its use cases
Experience working with Automation frameworks
Ability to catch deeply ingrained defects
Experience in Salesforce technology (optional)
Understanding of SDLC and tools such as Sprints and Jira
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology (plus)
Ideally from a development background in both frontend and backend testing
Open to Malaysian Citizen Only

Responsibilities

Review system requirements and design documents and prepare test plans and strategies
Analyze, create, execute, maintain, and document accurate test cases
Ensure complete coverage of functional and non-functional aspects of Software from a testing point of view
Troubleshoot, debug, and suggest improvements in customer implementations from the perspective of product features and functionality
Execute functional, integration, and regression testing plans and scripts
Work closely with engineers and product owners locally
Log, track, and document bugs discovered during testing as well as gather all necessary information
Document, analyze, and communicate results of functional testing
Perform API testing (if applicable)
Work on defect logging, tracking, resolution, and verification
Verify new features and enhancements/improvements
Perform regression, installation, and upgrade testing in every release cycle
