Requirements

Degree from university or college with relevant focus, e.g., Chemical Engineering or IT Automation
At least 5 years of experience from similar roles
Proven leadership skills and communication ability
Ability to manage multiple projects and activities in parallel
Good knowledge of OT applications, preferably ABB 800xA
Knowledge of system integration and underlying infrastructure
Experience working in a global context
Ability to foresee consequences of decisions and activities
Strong interest in digitalization
Ability to communicate and document in Swedish and English
Meritorande (Desirable)
Experience from process industry
Experience of project management within IT
Broad network of contacts in the industry

Responsibilities

Implement/develop the ecosystem of OT applications on a global scale according to the strategic plan
Establish work processes in the area during global expansion
Project manage installation/upgrades of OT applications and associated hardware in close collaboration with production, project organization, expert roles, IT, and suppliers
Responsible for developing project plans, execution, budgeting, cost tracking, resource management, and handling investment needs
Ensure deliveries in OT projects meet current requirements for specifications, quality, scope, economy, and regulatory demands
Report project status to project forums and steering groups
Key role in projects to ensure OT applications develop towards overall set goals as the business and digital platform grow
Involved in developing the strategic plan for digitalization
Lead activities and deeply involved in developing work processes within the OT CoE responsibility area
Work in a global context with travel depending on assignments
