Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex projects from inception to completion. They must demonstrate strong estimating and budgeting skills, including the ability to prepare and submit responses to requests for lump-sum bids, and possess exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively interact with high-end clientele.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, and closeout. They will actively participate in RFP responses, leading presentations and pitch efforts, manage the contract review process with owners and subcontractors, provide guidance and direction to the project team, oversee project cost control and budget management, develop junior project managers, lead business development efforts and client relationship management, contribute to company growth by participating in interviews and supporting programs, develop training content, and serve as a role model for team members. They will also have supervisory responsibilities over a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and/or an Intern.
