Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the IT or software development industries. Preferred qualifications include a CMP or PMP certification, along with exceptional leadership and team motivation skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
The Senior Project Manager will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets, while establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables and communicating objectives to stakeholders and team members. They will facilitate project planning sessions, lead regular meetings to track progress, develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and manage conflicts, monitor and report on project performance, mentor and support project team members, and ensure quality assurance processes are followed to deliver high-standard project outcomes, conducting post-project evaluations to identify success factors and areas for improvement.
