Requirements

Experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex AI/ML projects, including model development, AI platform implementations, intelligent automation, and generative AI integrations
Proficiency in hybrid project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MLOps) tailored to AI/ML needs
Ability to manage project scope, timeline, budget, quality, dependencies, and unique AI challenges (model performance, data requirements, ethical considerations)
Knowledge of AI project lifecycle from use case identification through model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
Expertise in AI/ML platforms, including model training infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems
Experience with AI applications such as generative AI, natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and intelligent process automation
Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing relationships with AI technology vendors and consulting partners
Understanding of responsible AI practices, including bias detection, explainability, data privacy, and governance
Strong stakeholder communication skills, including status reports, executive dashboards, risk assessments, and presenting to technical/non-technical audiences using data visualization and storytelling
Ability to coordinate distributed, cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, software developers, UX designers, business analysts) and facilitate meetings (standups, sprint reviews, model reviews, steering committees, governance forums)
Business acumen to align projects with business value, ROI, and ethical AI principles
Experience as a trusted advisor and mentor in technical, business, and consulting domains
