Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of product management or similar technology experience, ideally within large healthcare organizations or SaaS platforms. Preferred knowledge includes experience with generative AI model training and evaluation operations, healthcare workflows, particularly in outpatient settings or value-based care arrangements, and familiarity with Electronic Health Record operations. Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Trello and technical writing skills are also desired.
As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing live user workflows and capabilities through monitoring of key metrics and user feedback, partnering with business owners to cultivate a shared vision and articulate product perspectives, and writing detailed user stories to capture business rationale and success criteria. You will also execute on roadmaps, manage day-to-day operations of data annotation workflows, and collaborate with internal teams and end users to develop requirements and support teams throughout execution, ultimately contributing to the development and refinement of Aledade’s AI-powered healthcare technology.
