Responsibilities

Analyze and identify growth opportunities for work tools from a product and region perspective
Lead projects to improve business results and drive financial results, including developing project plans and business cases
Identify and run process improvement projects across the portfolio, inclusive of point-of-sale offerings and aftermarket opportunities
Perform data analysis of global business results and communicate monthly results of work tools business plans with division leadership
Gather information and benchmark best practices for business line improvement opportunities
Work with peers from numerous divisions to analyze, scope, lead, and execute process improvement projects
Drive continuous sales growth through strategic partner engagement
Lead, manage, and support projects related to the development and implementation of growth opportunities and process and product improvements in Caterpillar’s work tool business within the Excavation Division
