Responsibilities

  • Analyze and identify growth opportunities for work tools from a product and region perspective
  • Lead projects to improve business results and drive financial results, including developing project plans and business cases
  • Identify and run process improvement projects across the portfolio, inclusive of point-of-sale offerings and aftermarket opportunities
  • Perform data analysis of global business results and communicate monthly results of work tools business plans with division leadership
  • Gather information and benchmark best practices for business line improvement opportunities
  • Work with peers from numerous divisions to analyze, scope, lead, and execute process improvement projects
  • Drive continuous sales growth through strategic partner engagement
  • Lead, manage, and support projects related to the development and implementation of growth opportunities and process and product improvements in Caterpillar’s work tool business within the Excavation Division
