Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline appropriate to the project or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 8 years of related work experience
  • Has successfully led several high complexity projects from beginning to end
  • Demonstrated technical skills and management judgment appropriate to the project
  • Demonstrated expertise in PM tools and processes
  • May be required to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, harmonize, and consolidate project scopes, plans, strategies, and budgets for one or more projects, working closely with functional Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts from R&D, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions
  • Liaise with other Project Owners, functional managers, and management to prioritize activities across programs to balance resource availability, program deliverables, schedule, and business needs
  • Develop and implement communication strategies across customer engagement platforms to support product launches and lifecycle marketing
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enable segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking for customer communications
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Drive process improvements and best practices for scalable and efficient communication workflows
  • Manage Issue Response Team activities, including coordinating cross-functional responses to product or communication issues, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining clear documentation of actions taken
  • Develop escalation protocols and communication plans for issue management, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements
  • Facilitate post-issue reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures for future projects
