Requirements

  • Familiar with project management tools
  • Good communication in English
  • CNC machining knowledge, or other manufacturing knowledge
  • Good command of MS Office software and MS Project software
  • Problem investigation and corrective action implementation capability
  • Data analysis skill
  • Strong team building skills. Ability to communicate and influence with other team members
  • 5+ years project or program management experience. Stryker working experience preferred
  • International product transfer project experience
  • Experience in forming cross functional project team, and leading the team
  • Experience in project planning and tracking
  • Bachelor degree or above preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead product transfer projects to achieve quality, delivery, and cost goals
  • Continuously comply with all GMP standard requirements
  • Stop further processing in the event of non-conforming products
  • Responsible for project planning and progress control
  • Work with sending plant team and local project team to coordinate tasks and meet project timeline
  • Responsible for PPAP tracking, document filing, and final approval
  • Form the project team, lead and motivate cross functional project team members
  • Lead project team training to ensure proper knowledge and technology transfer
  • Excellent communication with internal and external parties
  • Provide post-project reports and support to production team after launch
  • Develop and maintain weekly project plans
  • Work with direct manager on project charter development
  • Work with finance team on new project financial justification and CAPEX plan
  • Assist direct manager to implement project management initiatives for standardized processes
  • Other roles and responsibilities as listed on applicable procedures
