Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in industrial management or Industrial Engineering, and have over 12 years of experience in CM/ODM Server product project management. Experience with SMT is desirable, along with a deep understanding of project management, conflict resolution, and meeting schedule timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and create spreadsheets, presentations, and project documentation. Familiarity with data analysis, attention to detail, metric tracking, risk management, time management, and a proven track record in Program or Project Management are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager – Operations will be accountable for managing and communicating processes, material readiness, and build schedule exercises, providing status updates to the headquarters team. They will drive factory Mass Production (MP) teams to effectively implement BOM/ECO changes and lead MP meetings with cross-functional representatives during manufacturing development, pilot, and ramp-up phases. Additionally, the role involves facilitating internal process improvements and resolving gaps across multiple teams and functions.
