Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related technical discipline, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on business applications. Experience managing software solutions using agile methodologies is essential, along with familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRIS, and Data Warehouse applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across business application and data management platforms using Agile methodologies, driving end-to-end program execution from planning to delivery while aligning with business goals. They will connect the dots, understand dependencies, and collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to determine priorities, effectively communicate objectives and status to stakeholders, manage interdependencies, identify and resolve issues and risks, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role also involves representing IT in cross-functional meetings, proactively taking ownership of unfamiliar issues, and adapting to changing priorities.
