They should have at least 5 years of experience in program or project management within software development or systems engineering, along with proven experience leading large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholder groups. Strong command of agile methodologies and complex program frameworks is also required, alongside exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
The Senior Program Manager will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale software and systems initiatives, aligning cross-functional engineering teams around stakeholder requirements and meeting milestones, scope, and outcomes. They will organize and lead cross-functional teams through complex software and systems delivery cycles, serving as the primary point of contact for program updates and effectively communicating progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and key stakeholders. The role involves establishing and overseeing program governance and execution framework, ensuring effective risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and optimal resource allocation, as well as managing a portfolio of technical program and product workstreams while maintaining alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines. Furthermore, the Program Manager will guide the definition and evolution of major product and system portfolios, collaborating with R&D and engineering to ensure delivery feasibility and technical alignment, and ensuring deliverables align with company OKRs, roadmaps, initiatives, and that performance indicators reflect company direction.
