Requirements

At least 17 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects in the finance industry, including delivery of online banking and mobile banking projects
Background in software development or a related technical field (beneficial)
Basic data analysis skills to interpret project metrics and make informed decisions
Banking software solution delivery background required
Experience in Core Banking modules (CRM, LoS, Loans) from Retail or Corporate Banking preferred
Proficiency in Agile Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
Strong understanding of different phases of the software development process (SDLC), such as planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Complete command of Microsoft Project and project planning and execution
Strong understanding of test management practices, including test planning, monitoring, control, and governance
Exceptional presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple related projects within the organization to ensure they align with overall business goals and are delivered successfully with synchronization
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project plans and objectives
Ensure project and execution plans are realistically applicable; manage, support, and monitor internal stakeholders to update project plans and documentation according to change management
Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Actively take a key role in risk management, identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Coordinate interdependencies between various projects and teams, both internal and external
Contribute and support in developing WBS and Gantt charts with costing information; ensure the project is concluded at the cost target, deadline targets, and with high quality deliverables; make bi-weekly plans of the project plan
Manage the overall relationship with the client account and build positive relationships with project stakeholders; keep stakeholders informed about project details, changes, and actions required
Guide and review requirements documents, functional specs with wire frame diagrams and process charts
Work closely with the sales team to support them in the sales processes in the region
Facilitate timely collection of project and support payments if necessary
Build positive client relationships during projects; oversee customer service operations; deal with customers directly as their first point of contact; help clients implement services and plan projects more effectively; set up “discovery sessions” with key stakeholders to identify issues and ways to improve
