A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is required (advanced degree preferred), along with a minimum of 4+ years in in-house brand communications, media relations, or PR agency, ideally within a global company.
Candidates need a deep understanding of sportswear, media landscape, and sports industry; proven ability to craft and execute strategic communications plans; excellent relationship-building skills; exceptional English communication skills; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

You’ll work closely with all areas of the Global and North America Communications team, plus a highly matrixed and cross-functional group including Brand Marketing, Athlete business teams, Legal, and Sports Marketing.
A passion for sports, athletes, and communities, combined with the required education, experience, and skills in strategic communications, media relations, and relationship-building, will position you strongly for authentic engagement with Nike's Sportswear narrative.
