Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) in journalism, PR, English, communications, business, or related field
  • 10+ years professional experience in campaign management, event management, executive communication, copywriting and content creation
  • Strong writing and presenting skills in both English and Chinese; experience with video and social media is a plus
  • Strong capabilities to manage events and solid experiences to manage budget and agencies
  • Comfortable working with leadership team as well as employees to drive compelling storytelling through events, content and messages
  • Experience in developing proactive and compelling communications strategies
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with proven ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a corporate, global, and functional basis, including clearly articulating ideas, successfully handling different points of view and building strong relationships and rapport

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Employee Communications Director, peers in Communications teams, and key business stakeholders to develop and drive integrated employee communications programs across Greater China
  • Establish and strengthen authentic connections with internal audiences across Greater China to shape Nike, Inc. as a cool brand and great place to work, advancing employee dedication to business growth, pride in culture, and confidence in the future through clear, consistent, breakthrough athlete and sport storytelling that integrates brand, marketplace, and product innovations
  • Conceptualize and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and executions for campaigns (e.g., CIIE, employee lens), initiatives (e.g., Nike culture moments like Maxims Awards), and events (e.g., All Employee Meetings, Athlete Homecoming)
  • Develop creative content that inspires, manage content partners to produce it, and coordinate publishing internally and externally (when appropriate) to maximize impact
  • Develop and manage the network of employee influencers to drive co-creation of storytelling and diverse publishing
  • Support the drafting of leadership messaging, coordinating and delivering the messages
