Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the National Education Manager and meeting planners to support development and execution of comprehensive medical education strategy (learning journey development, digital integration, knowledge/attitude/skill/adoption principles) (35%)
  • Manage relationship with vendor for administrative/logistical support of medical education events; monitor performance and provide guidance for efficient/effective execution (10%)
  • Project manage professional education programs, including national/regional events, preceptorships, proctorships; oversee planning to execution, post-event evaluation analysis, learning journey mapping, digital engagement, and on-demand education
