Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
8 years of combined experience in product quality engineering, in a manufacturing environment, and New Product Introduction
Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma)
Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues
Monitor and analyze post-sales product performance and customer feedback
Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability
Participate in design reviews and provide input on quality and reliability aspects
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products
Ensure activities and products are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations
Perform analysis and identify trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials, and recommend corrective actions when necessary
Ensure that established manufacturing processes are followed
