Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, with a focus on software products
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
  • Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency with product management tools and software development processes
  • Experience with user experience design and usability testing is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple products within the organization
  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and user feedback analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, creating detailed user stories that reflect the needs of the customer
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Mentor and guide junior product owners and team members to create a strong product culture
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive product success across teams
