Senior Product Marketing Strategist - PCO

Position Overview

Humana’s Primary Care Organization (PCO) is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team. This role is vital to the success and growth of the PCO, focusing on driving new patient growth for our clinics through strategic marketing plans, enhancing brand visibility, and event planning. Reporting to the Associate Director of Product Marketing, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and fuel clinic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive patient acquisition and fuel growth.
  • Provide strategic insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts, using data to adjust approaches and continuously improve performance across various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and clinical departments, to ensure marketing strategies align with broader organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with key external partners and vendors for seamless campaign execution and consistent messaging.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring positive experiences for attendees and stakeholders, and resolving any real-time issues.
  • Analyze performance reports and share insights to help market partners track progress and measure marketing impact.
  • Integrate internal and external strategic inputs to inform ongoing planning and optimization efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business and/or marketing strategy.
  • Proven success in driving customer engagement with new products, services, or experiences.
  • Strong data-driven marketer with the ability to leverage insights and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in persuasive storytelling and communicating with senior leadership.
  • Expertise in marketing frameworks and strategic planning.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent relationship-building skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders and gain their buy-in.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing diverse projects within budget parameters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to travel frequently during peak times throughout the year.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Event planning experience (Strongly Preferred)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience in performance marketing
  • A great sense of humor!

  • Travel: This role may require frequent travel (as much as 1 or more days a month) depending on business needs.
