Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing or adjacent roles, ideally on creator tools, music/audio products, or prosumer/pro software
  • Direct experience working with or within the music industry – comfortable talking to artists, producers, and other music professionals, and understanding their day-to-day realities
  • Proven track record owning GTM end-to-end for significant product or feature launches from insight, through strategy and execution
  • Strong familiarity with music creation workflows (e.g., DAWs, plugins, recording/production, collaboration) and the ability to map those to how Suno Studio fits in
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills – able to break down complex or technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives and UX copy that resonate with working artists and advanced creators
  • Highly user-obsessed, especially around pro creators: comfortable interviewing artists and reviewing UXR/data, able to synthesize that into clear JTBD, personas, and messaging
  • Solid analytical chops – comfortable defining success metrics and using data to refine GTM plans
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator – experienced partnering with Product, Engineering, UXR, and Artist/Music teams to ship and iterate
  • Passion for music – you create, play, produce, perform, or are deeply embedded in music culture and care about the tools artists use
  • A self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving scope, who’s happy to roll up their sleeves on everything from strategy and research to copy docs and launch checklists

Responsibilities

  • Own the positioning and messaging for Suno Studio and pro/advanced creation experiences (e.g., multi-step workflows, advanced controls, exports, integrations, collaboration tools)
  • Lead end-to-end GTM for Studio and pro-impacting feature launches including defining target segments, crafting narratives and value props, building integrated launch plans across product surfaces
  • Act as a bridge between pro users and the product team - work closely with PM and engineering to understand the roadmap and translate it into simple, compelling stories and UX copy that make sense to artists
  • Partner with Music and Creator Success teams to communicate with artists directly - explain new features to artists in plain language, gather feedback and stories from artists to inform future product direction
  • Develop education strategies for pro users including guides, tutorials, sample projects and beyond
