Candidates should possess proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, leading complex product initiatives in the B2C space and successfully launching multiple products and features. They must have a strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies, along with experience building and scaling platform products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a good understanding of data privacy requirements.
The Senior Product Manager will create and maintain the product roadmap for their squad, aligning it with business objectives and user needs, conducting market research and competitive analysis, defining and prioritizing product hypotheses, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features, managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum), conducting user research and gathering feedback, analyzing product data and user behavior, running A/B tests to optimize product features, communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
