The Ecosystem team is crucial for Welltech's scalability and user focus, developing core capabilities like user identity, content management, personalization, and experimentation platforms. This role is for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of the workout experience and content/video management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Create and maintain the product roadmap for the squad, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
    • Define and prioritize product hypotheses based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • Product Execution:
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features.
    • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective execution.
    • Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage product development and iterate on features, working closely with the Engineering Manager.
  • User Focus & Data Analysis:
    • Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
    • Analyze product data and user behavior to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Run A/B tests to optimize product features and enhance user experience.
    • Base all product decisions on data.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and effective execution.
    • Actively engage with product communities to bring external insights into the product.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, leading complex product initiatives in the B2C space and successfully launching multiple products and features.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
  • Experience building and scaling platform products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of data privacy requirements.
