Senior individual contributor mindset with expertise in product support to Sales and Customer Success

Responsibilities

Become an expert in major elements of the product, provide product support to Sales and Customer Success, demonstrate features, and elicit user feedback
Drive a data-driven, analytical approach to prioritizing and refining new features and product enhancements that meet customer and business needs
Set, track, and optimize success metrics to ensure deliverables are defined and measurable
Prioritize and organize features and technical requirements for your product area, focusing on delivering value to customers
Create, manage, and communicate a clear Product Roadmap to align development, marketing, and releases; collaborate with marketing and sales for effective go-to-market
Collaborate cross-product with other Product Managers to manage inter-team dependencies and share best practices
Inspire Product delivery teams, providing rationale and motivation to deliver the product vision
Develop user stories with agreed acceptance criteria; work with agile Design and Engineering teams to refine stories, identify technical constraints, dependencies, and prerequisites, and align with product vision
