Candidates need 5+ years of successful post-college product or functional management experience, or 3 years post-Masters/MBA. Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders is also required.
Responsibilities include defining detailed business requirements, owning and executing product features with technology teams, managing product backlog in an agile environment, analyzing data for insights, and focusing on user feedback and metrics.
