Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management, with successful launches of both software and hardware solutions for consumers
  • Expertise in advanced user workflows across creative, technical, and content production domains
  • Recognized leadership and ownership skills, fluent in design thinking methodology
  • Strong business acumen and passion for consumer electronics and creativity/productivity markets
  • Experience with desktop, cloud, and mobile applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of curiosity, energy, and integrity
  • Strong intuition for end-user product quality and love for solving technical problems in creative ways
  • Skilled in prioritization and leveraging deep knowledge of ITDMs, user experience, and testing
  • Proven ability to drive innovative software features from idea to launch and act as product owner to ensure the envisioned experience is delivered
  • Collaborative approach—maintains strong relationships with customer care and cross-functional teams
  • Identifies opportunities, needs, and pain points to build an innovation framework and communicates effectively with senior management
  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Design (MBA is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition, development, and launch of innovative solutions (software and hardware) focused on advanced users
  • Drive and align multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Design, external suppliers) to deliver on the product vision, innovation ingredients, and desirable experiences
  • Empathize with consumers to champion their views and generate meaningful insights
  • Actively contribute to the business strategy and roadmap with big-picture thinking
  • Lead exploration initiatives to manage innovation and identify new opportunities
