Responsibilities

Spearhead the development of the Logistics Application within the Ark platform
Prioritize, rationalize, and integrate new features and existing prototypes into the Logistics Application
Deliver valuable and differentiated solutions at scale, end-to-end, within the Ark platform
Partner with sales and implementation teams to shape communication of the Logistics offering to customers
Think broadly across communities served and deliver solutions providing value to a wide range of customers
Partner with account-aligned PMs, sales, and implementation teams to scale in-the-field solutions
Partner with customer-aligned PMs to integrate prototype workflows and capabilities into full production within Ark
Spend several days on site with users to understand their needs and pain points within Ark
Draft clear and compelling articulations of customer problems and potential solutions
Partner with the sales team to assess opportunities and align customer requirements with product capabilities and roadmap
Define how solutions deliver value across a wide range of customer environments
Determine which features are necessary for successful integration
Improve the configurability and adaptability of the platform
