Responsibilities

  • Deliver Results: Execute product improvements that simplify the insurance shopping experience and increase consumer engagement
  • Collaborate Broadly: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and external partners to bring insurance products to life
  • Contribute to Strategy: Provide recommendations to the insurance roadmap based on insights from user research, partner data, and competitive analysis
  • Champion the User: Advocate for transparency and simplicity in all consumer-facing experiences
  • Measure What Matters: Track and report on the performance of product changes, learning from outcomes to inform the next iteration
  • Define and deliver the roadmap for key insurance initiatives that drive measurable impact
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to make informed tradeoffs and ensure that every launch advances both user and business goals
  • Own critical components of the insurance experience, from quoting flows and partner integrations to experimentation and data-driven optimizations
  • Work closely with engineering to discuss technical tradeoffs, manage feature delivery from concept through launch, and use insights to guide continuous improvement
