Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a product manager
  • Professional level English (presenting to large native English audiences at least once a quarter)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience working on a SaaS product in a B2B tech startup or company
  • Experience working with data or analytics products (preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to learn quickly and act independently
  • Ability to compare and contrast different implementation approaches and their impact on performance, user experience, and technical limitations
  • Customer-centric approach and a love for the user experience
  • Proven ability to manage a complete product life-cycle, from conception to release
  • Proficient with product execution and delivery
  • Superb collaboration capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Build and innovate WalkMe’s Insights capabilities
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities through data, interviews, and research
  • Communicate and prioritize new features and use-cases to design, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Own and deliver features from end-to-end and be the subject matter expert on owned features
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure a full and coherent customer experience
  • Present and build Go-to-market strategies to ensure new features are adopted and customers see the value
