Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager at a fast-paced Internet software company
  • Experience in building cross-company integrations at scale, rolled out to customers
  • Understanding and excitement about the agentic nature of technology integration
  • A progressive way of thinking with strong execution - you can envision a different world and articulate a clear path to get there
  • The capability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • The capability and you enjoy speaking with business partners and dreaming together of better solutions for customers
  • A hands-on state of mind

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand Gong’s ecosystem and other vendors through ongoing interaction with partners and customers
  • Lead Gong’s product integration agenda: discern who to partner with and surface the value to joint customers
  • Own the product-related roadmap of the integrations: what to build and when
  • Work with Engineering and Product Marketing to drive successful product results in terms of joint go-to-market value, as well as Gong’s app marketplace in general
  • Roll out features to our users responsibly, utilizing user testing and pre-launch programs
  • Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback, and iterate the features to achieve product goals
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness of the integrations, APIs, and other hooks inside and outside the company
