Responsibilities

  • Championing the User: Serve as the voice of the user to turn pain points into meaningful UX improvements; manage a user communication strategy from surveys and feedback; fully own the user journey from onboarding to progression
  • Driving Platform Excellence: Enhance platform efficiency and performance by creating robust user analytics dashboards, managing intake requests, and partnering with tech teams on compliance and modernization efforts
  • Strategic Execution: Work across the platform with product and tech leadership to shape a roadmap that centers user experience, promotes a well-governed platform, integrates with the ecosystem of products, and pushes new AI-driven capabilities
  • Accountable for the orchestration engine of EMP Training (powered by Kubeflow Pipelines)
  • Primary advocate for users, transforming user feedback and market opportunities into a clear product roadmap driving efficiency and innovation
  • Drive strategy for EMP Pipelines supporting scalable, portable pipelines for building and training AI models
