Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business management from a top university
6+ years of overall experience
Proven track record of working with large, complex enterprise customers and handling product migrations
Self-starter and systems thinker who enjoys breaking down complex problems into smaller, iterative steps

Responsibilities

Create and own the product roadmap for your charter, aligning it with the overall business and product strategy to help build and scale Arcadia's energy data products
Define, prioritize, and build product initiatives and features that enable the seamless transition of customers from legacy products onto Arcadia’s newer platform, including the refinement and adaptation of legacy features
Help customers migrate their data and workflows from legacy platforms onto Arcadia’s newer platform
Coordinate closely with other product, engineering, and data teams to integrate features closely with Arcadia’s internal data systems and pipelines
Work with other teams and operations to embed AI pipelines/capabilities into tools to eliminate manual processes and improve data observability
Write clear and detailed product requirements that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate and coordinate for dependencies with engineering, operations, and data science to deliver products on time
Regularly check with cross-functional team stakeholders to gather requirements or address pain points that can be solved by your squad
Constantly monitor and provide updates on the progress of initiatives to all relevant stakeholders and the leadership team
Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor) to drive productivity improvements within your team
